1. What we supply, and what we do not
Every item in this catalogue is provided for laboratory research use only.
We are not a pharmacy. We hold no marketing authorisation for any item we sell. None of it is a licensed medicine, a food, a cosmetic or a supplement. A number of compounds share a molecule with a licensed medicine marketed under a brand name; that does not turn them into that product, and an authorisation does not travel with a molecule.
Nothing we supply is for human or veterinary use, or for use in food. In placing an order you confirm that you are obtaining it for laboratory research and not to give to any person or animal. That is the condition the entire supply rests on.
2. No dosage or protocol guidance
We put out no dosage, protocol, route, frequency or administration guidance, for anything, anywhere. Nor will we provide it on request. Where that is what you are after, we are not the supplier for you.
3. Who can order
You must be 18 or over and ordering for a lawful purpose. We may refuse or cancel any order, and refund it, without having to state a reason.
4. Specification and purity
Purity is determined by HPLC and given as ≥99% unless the product page states otherwise. A certificate of analysis for the batch supplied can be requested against the batch number on the label. What that figure measures is set out in full.
5. Prices and availability
Prices are in pounds sterling and carry VAT where it applies. A product marked "price on request" has yet to be priced and cannot be ordered until it is. Prices may change; the one that holds is whatever is shown at the moment your order is placed.
6. Delivery
As laid out on the delivery page. UK only.
7. Cancellation and returns
As laid out on the returns page, including the hygiene exemption covering sealed vials under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
8. Liability
We supply research compounds on the terms above. We bear no liability for any use beyond laboratory research, which we neither authorise nor give guidance for. Nothing here caps liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be capped.
9. Law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales hold jurisdiction.
10. Changes
We may revise these terms. The version that governs your order is the one published at the time the order was placed.

Can I buy these for personal use?
No. Every item we supply is for laboratory research use only, and not for human or veterinary use. That is the condition the supply rests on.
Will you advise on dosage?
No. We put out no dosage, protocol or administration guidance anywhere and will not provide it on request.
Do I need to be a registered laboratory?
You must be 18 or over and obtaining the material for lawful laboratory research. We may refuse any order.
