What we do not do
We do not sell your data. We pass it to no one beyond the people who need to see it to get your parcel to you and your payment through. We run no advertising trackers and build no profile of you across other websites.
We ask for no health information and hold none. Please do not send any.
Who else sees it
The delivery carrier, so as to deliver. The payment provider, so as to take payment; they deal with card and bank details directly, and we never see or store them. Our hosting provider, which holds the site and its order records. No one else.
How long we keep it
Order and payment records are kept for six years past the end of the financial year in which they fall, the retention period HMRC requires. Correspondence is kept for two years. Browser basket data stays inside your own browser and never reaches us.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018 you may request a copy of what we hold, have us correct it, have us erase it, object to our processing, or ask for it in a portable format. Make the request and we will reply within one month.
Deletion carries one limit: records the law obliges us to keep, such as an invoice still inside the six-year window, stay until that period runs out.
Cookies
This site places no advertising or analytics cookies. Your basket lives in your browser's own storage, which never reaches our server and is shared with no one. Should that change, this page changes ahead of it.
Complaints
Raise it with us first. If we have not put it right, you may complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk, the UK supervisory authority.
