Growth Hormone Axis Peptides
Two families at two receptors: GHRH analogues binding the GHRH receptor, and secretagogues binding the ghrelin receptor.

What does DAC mean?
DAC is short for drug affinity complex: an extra element that binds albumin and lengthens how long the molecule remains in circulation. The peptide sequence stays the same. The version lacking it is also listed as mod GRF (1-29), and it serves as the CJC component of the blend.
What research has been published?
CJC-1295 DAC: a double-blind, placebo-controlled randomised trial among healthy adults (PMID 16352683). Ipamorelin: the first characterisation of its selectivity, animal and in-vitro (PMID 9849822). Tesamorelin: a meta-analysis drawing on five randomised controlled trials in HIV-associated lipodystrophy (PMID 41545261).
Growth Hormone Axis questions
What is the difference between a GHRH analogue and a secretagogue?
It comes down to the receptor. Tesamorelin together with CJC-1295 bind the GHRH receptor. Ipamorelin binds the ghrelin receptor, GHSR-1a.
What is mod GRF (1-29)?
A further name for the DAC-free version of CJC-1295. It makes up the CJC component of our CJC-1295 + Ipamorelin blend.
