GLOW is a blend bringing the copper tripeptide GHK-Cu together with BPC-157 and a thymosin beta-4 fragment, provided pre-mixed in one vial.
Specification
| Components | GHK-Cu, BPC-157, thymosin beta-4 fragment |
|---|---|
| Component count | 3 |
| Purity | ≥99% by HPLC |
| Vial strengths | 50mg, 70mg (total across all components) |
| Pen strength | 70mg |

The milligram figure is the total of every component in the vial.
Compared with KLOW
KLOW holds the same three components with KPV added.
What has GLOW been studied for?
The published record for GLOW includes 1 human study, something only a handful of the compounds listed here can claim. Here is what each paper set out to examine, sorted by the model it relied on:
Human studies
- Regenerative and Protective Actions of the GHK-Cu Peptide in the Light of the New Gene Data, Review; human gene-expression analysis (PMID 29986520)
Reviews of the literature
- Gastric pentadecapeptide body protection compound BPC 157 and its role in accelerating musculoskeletal soft tissue healing, Review of animal studies (PMID 30915550)
Each line records what a study looked at. None of it asserts an outcome in a person, and nothing on this site amounts to guidance on use.

How do you order?
Pick a strength from the list above, drop it into your basket and proceed to checkout. Setting up an account is not needed. A confirmation lands straight away and the payment details follow by email; no charge is taken on the site itself.
Why does UK stock matter?
Order GLOW here and it departs from within the United Kingdom. Nothing clears customs, no charge is levied on import and there is no overseas leg to wait through; an order in before 2pm on a working day goes out the same day on a tracked service, and the outer packaging says nothing about what is inside.

Reconstituting GLOW
GLOW arrives as lyophilised powder. Adding bacteriostatic water brings it into solution, and the volume you add fixes the concentration. The vial holds what the label states whatever volume you choose.
Concentrations and volumes only. This site puts out no dosage, protocol or administration guidance, and no figure here is any of those.
Preset for 50mg and 2ml. Change either and the figures follow. The full reconstitution calculator handles syringe units, which water to reach for and how long a made-up vial lasts.
| Vial | + 1ml | + 2ml | + 3ml | + 5ml |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| 50mg | 50 mg/ml | 25 mg/ml | 16.67 mg/ml | 10 mg/ml |
| 70mg | 70 mg/ml | 35 mg/ml | 23.33 mg/ml | 14 mg/ml |
Worked example: a 50mg vial with 2ml of bacteriostatic water comes to 25 mg/ml. Divide the milligrams on the label by the millilitres you add. These are concentrations, not doses; this site puts out no dosage, protocol or administration guidance.
How should it be handled?
- Let a cold vial warm to room temperature before you add anything.
- Wipe the stopper with an alcohol swab ahead of each entry.
- Send the water down the inside wall of the vial rather than onto the powder.
- Swirl gently. Do not shake, since foaming is protein damage you can see.
- Give the cake several minutes to dissolve. A finished solution is clear.
Storing GLOW
| Sealed vial | Cool, dry and away from direct light. A freezer suits long holding. |
|---|---|
| Once reconstituted | Refrigerated, upright, out of light. Never freeze a solution. |
| Pen | Turns up in solution, refrigerate from the outset. |
How long does it keep?
| Stored as | Keeps for |
|---|---|
| Sealed, frozen at −20 °C | Years, the longest-lasting state for a lyophilised peptide |
| Sealed, refrigerated at 2–8 °C | Months |
| Sealed, at room temperature | Weeks. Fine for transit, not for keeping |
| Reconstituted, refrigerated | Weeks rather than months. Around four weeks is the figure usually worked to with bacteriostatic water, which is what the preservative is there for |
| Reconstituted, frozen | Not advised, ice crystals damage peptides, and repeated freeze–thaw cycles add to it |
These are the general figures for lyophilised peptides, not a tested result for one particular batch. Dry and cold is what draws it out; water, warmth, light and agitation are what cut it short. The batch certificate of analysis can be requested.
Is GLOW legal in the UK?
GLOW is provided as an unlicensed research compound, for laboratory research use only. No UK marketing authorisation covers it, it is not a licensed medicine, and it is not offered for human use, veterinary use or use in food.
Compounds of this sort are not controlled drugs, and selling them as laboratory materials breaks no law. Offering or promoting them for human use is the part that does, and that is why not one page on this site sets out a dose, a protocol, a route, a frequency or a medical claim. Nor will we hand one over by email.
A number of compounds in this range share a molecule with a licensed medicine marketed under a brand name. The authorisation attaches to that finished product and travels no further than it, not to the molecule. Full terms.
GLOW questions
What is in GLOW?
GHK-Cu, BPC-157 and a thymosin beta-4 fragment.
What is the difference between GLOW and KLOW?
KLOW adds KPV on top of the same three components.
Does 70mg mean 70mg of one compound?
No. It is the total of all three.
What is GLOW peptide?
GLOW is provided here as an unlicensed research compound for laboratory research use only, at ≥99% purity determined by HPLC. Its specification and the published research standing behind it are laid out on this page.
Where can I buy GLOW in the UK?
GLOW is available to buy in the UK from incrementins.co.uk, from £55.99, 2 strengths, 50mg to 70mg, as vials and pens. It departs a UK warehouse, not an overseas one, with no clearance delay, no handling fee and no seizure risk. The larger sizes come out cheaper per milligram, £0.90/mg at the best rate against £1.12/mg at the smallest, and each size displays its own figure. It arrives as lyophilised powder, so you fix the concentration when you reconstitute it. Order before 2pm on a working day and it leaves the same day, tracked, in plain packaging. Every batch is third-party tested to ≥99% purity by HPLC with a certificate available for your batch, see how to order.
How much does GLOW cost?
From £55.99 for the 50mg, £1.12 per mg. That is 3 options, each priced on its own with its own rate per milligram. Delivery is £4.95, free over £75.
How much bacteriostatic water do I add to GLOW?
The volume fixes the concentration, so it is a choice rather than a set figure. For the 50mg vial: 1ml gives 50 mg/ml, 2ml gives 25 mg/ml, 3ml gives 16.67 mg/ml. The vial holds 50mg whatever volume you add. This is a concentration, not a dose.
How should GLOW be stored?
Sealed as lyophilised powder it lasts for years at −20 °C, months refrigerated at 2–8 °C, and weeks at room temperature; dry and cold is what draws it out. Once reconstituted it belongs in a fridge, upright, and is usually worked to around four weeks with bacteriostatic water. Never freeze a solution: ice crystals damage peptides and repeated freeze–thaw cycles make it worse.
What purity is your GLOW, and can I see a certificate?
≥99%, determined by HPLC. A certificate of analysis for the batch you were sent can be requested against the batch number printed on the label, and we can let you know what current stock shows before you order.
