Dispatch
An order in before 2pm on a working day leaves the same day. Anything later than that, or over a weekend or bank holiday, departs on the next working day.

United Kingdom only. We do not send beyond the UK, and we will not forward to freight-forwarding addresses.

How it is packed
Vials go out as dry freeze-dried powder. That is a choice, and it is the reason most of this catalogue takes that form: peptides break down in water, so stripping it out is what lets a parcel survive the journey. Add it back and the clock begins.
Pens and nasal sprays turn up already in solution. Each is packed plainly, with nothing on the outside to say what the contents are.
If something arrives damaged
Reach out before doing anything else, and quote the batch number from the label. A cracked vial, a stopper that has failed, or powder that looks off, melted, discoloured, or shifted as though it has got wet. Each is a reason to pause rather than press on and find out.
Tracking
A tracking number is emailed once the order is dispatched. Should it not show up by the close of the working day after you ordered, look in your spam folder before you get in touch, since that is usually where it is sitting.
